Who we are

Ingham’s farm shop in Osbaston originates from 3 generations of farming which began in 1920. Gavin Ingham has been working on the farm all of his life since his parents Tony and Marion arrived at Gnarley Farm in 1963. Gavin made the decision in 2015 to convert one of the barns at Gnarley Farm into a butchers shop and hasn’t looked back since.

The shop is family run by Gavin, his wife Meg, son Sam and Daughters Lindsey and Alex. We also have a dedicated team of staff and even rope the granddaughters, Jess and Olivia, in on Saturdays.

Everything we do here is home or locally sourced. All stock is high welfare, traditionally reared, sustainable and grass fed.

Alongside the Butchers, Gavin has his secret weapon – his wife Meg! Meg has been catering as a mum, wife and professionally for many years. Meg and her team freshly prepare all the fabulous food on offer, even down to Meg’s well renowned handmade pork pies and sausage rolls. As well as cooking for the shop, Meg offers a catering service for all occasions.
